How Care Works With Me
Care here is not one-size-fits-all.
You don’t have to know exactly what you need before you begin — the initial appointment is designed to help us understand what’s happening now, provide support, and clarify next steps.
Below is how care often unfolds, who this work is for, and how to begin.
The chart below shows how care often progresses. Not everyone moves through every step — care adapts to where you are and what’s most supportive.
Who This Work Is For
This work is well-suited for you if:
- You want relief from ongoing symptoms that don’t make sense in isolation
- You’ve seen providers and still feel stuck or confused
- You want care that helps you understand patterns, not just treat symptoms
- You’re ready to engage thoughtfully with your health
Who This Work Is Not For
This approach may not be the best fit if:
- You’re expecting guaranteed outcomes
- You want free advice before booking
- You’re looking for a purely emotional or non-physiological focus
Initial Appointment
The initial appointment is a 75–90 minute visit designed to help us understand what’s happening now, support symptoms, and clarify next steps if needed. You are never obligated to ongoing care.
Follow-Up Care
Follow-up care builds on what we learn in the initial appointment. These visits are adjusted based on your response and how your needs evolve. Care is individualized — there are no packages or timelines you’re required to follow.
If this feels aligned
If you’re ready for care that looks deeper, listens fully, and treats your body as an interconnected system, the next step is to begin with a comprehensive fertility assessment.
You don’t need to know exactly what you need yet.
You just need a place to start.
