Take the first step towards better reproductive & hormonal health

If you’re navigating fertility or hormone concerns and want care that is thoughtful, evidence-informed, and grounded in physiology—not quick fixes—this is where to begin. Care follows a clear framework that allows us to understand what’s happening in your body, support meaningful change over time, and reassess thoughtfully as we go.

How Care Works

Care follows a clear, evidence-informed framework that supports the body through three essential stages: clarity, restoration, and nourishment. We begin by understanding patterns and priorities, then focus on restoring balance and removing obstacles. As stability improves, care shifts toward building resilience and reproductive capacity. The pace and emphasis of each stage vary based on individual needs and timing, but the framework provides a grounded structure for care over time.

IVF Support — Initial Phase (8 Weeks)

This phase supports the body during a defined assisted-reproduction window. Care focuses on assessment, physiologic support, and clinical decision-making aligned with IVF timing and protocols. Research suggests that repeated supportive acupuncture and integrative care over several weeks may be associated with improved outcomes compared to minimal or single-session approaches, though results vary and care remains individualized. This phase prioritizes responsiveness and coordination rather than guaranteed outcomes.

Typical visit frequency: 1–2 visits per week, adjusted as needed.

Cycle & Hormone Regulation — Initial Phase (12 Weeks)

This phase allows time to evaluate patterns across the cycle, support hormone regulation, and observe how the body responds over time. Care emphasizes assessment, thoughtful planning, and supportive treatment as changes unfold gradually. This phase is designed to create the conditions for sustainable regulation rather than force rapid change.

Typical visit frequency: Approximately once per week, with variation as needed.
