IVF Support

IVF & Assisted Cycle Support

Fertility medicine works best when your whole system is supported. When your body is prepared, stress is regulated, and your cycle optimized  your IVF journey is grounded, strategic, and as smooth as possible.

Why IVF Support Matters

IVF moves fast — physically, emotionally, and hormonally.
Your body needs stability, circulation, and nervous system regulation to move through each phase with strength and clarity.

Whole-system support helps you:

  • improve egg and follicle development
  • strengthen uterine blood flow and lining
  • reduce inflammation and stress load
  • stabilize sleep, digestion, and energy
  • regulate hormone signaling
  • support immune balance
  • build resilience before, during, and after your cycle

IVF is not just about medication timing.
It’s about preparing your whole physiology to receive, respond, and conceive.

Trusted Collaboration With Utah’s Leading Fertility Clinics

To ensure seamless and coordinated care, I work integratively with:

Because IVF Isn’t Just a Procedure. It’s a Journey.

IVF is more than medications and procedures. It’s a physical, emotional, and hormonal marathon.

Integrative IVF support can help:

  • Improve ovarian and uterine blood flow
  • Enhance egg and sperm quality
  • Support lining development
  • Regulate hormones during stimulation
  • Improve medication tolerance
  • Reduce stress and cortisol levels
  • Support implantation and early pregnancy
  • Improve resilience during the two-week wait

Women across Salt Lake City, Millcreek, Holladay, Sandy, and Park City are increasingly turning to acupuncture because they want a comprehensive, whole-body approach to their fertility journey — not just a protocol.

Timing: When to Start IVF Acupuncture?

Best results come from beginning 8–12 weeks before your IVF cycle.
However, I regularly treat women who:

  • Are already in stimulation
  • Are preparing for a frozen embryo transfer
  • Need day-of transfer acupuncture
  • Are on their second or third IVF cycle
  • Have complex cases (DOR, RPL, PCOS, thin lining, or implantation challenges)

You can start at any point — earlier simply allows for deeper hormonal and systemic regulation.

Client Love

I started seeing Heather for acupuncture during fertility treatments. She was amazing! My only regret is that I didn't start seeing her earlier on in my fertility journey she saw me once a week leading up to my embryo transfer, and helped me to keep calm and level headed despite all that was going on. She saw me twice the day of embryo transfer, even though it required meeting before 7 in the morning, and continued after my transfer. She was super knowledgeable about the entire process, and was able to prescribe me herbs to help when my lining wasn't quite where they wanted it to be for transfer. I'm confident that acupuncture helped my body to relax and properly prepare for a successful transfer. I would absolutely recommend Heather wholeheartedly, and again, my only regret is not starting acupuncture earlier in my journey!

Heather is fantastic, caring and truly focuses the treatment on your needs. She helped me with my IVF treatments for all of my successful treatments and pregnancies. She helped me relax and focus on the treatments vs what was going on at work. HIGHLY recommend her.
